This project is led by Robin Paul Malloy. It is a project that seeks to facilitate exploration of issues at the intersection of land use law and disability law. The web page offers a “clearing house” for ideas and information on these important, yet often overlooked legal issues.
About Professor Robin Paul Malloy
Robin Paul Malloy is the E. I. White Chair and Distinguished Professor of Law, and Kauffman Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Syracuse University, New York. He is a recognized expert on property development law, land use law, and real estate transactions. He has published sixteen books, including three books with Cambridge University Press and the leading casebook on real estate transactions. In addition, he has authored numerous articles and book chapters. He is an editor of three different book series including the Cambridge Disability Law and Policy series (with Peter Blanck). His other two book series include Law and Entrepreneurship (Elgar Publishing, with Shubha Ghosh), and Law, Property and Society (Routledge). His book on Land Use Law and Disability: Planning and Zoning for Accessible Communities (Cambridge, 2015), is the leading book on the subject.
